This policy describes how HealFixMed.com handles information on an advertising listings website. It is not a notice for a medical practice, and this desk should not receive your chart.
If you email or call us, we receive the details you choose to send, such as a name, return address, and message. Standard server and analytics logs may record IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referral source. Clicking a Visit Site link may pass referral identifiers to the destination so a commercial partner can record the visit.
Do not send Social Security numbers, insurance cards, lab PDFs, or detailed medical histories to contact@healfixmed.com. HealFixMed.com is not your covered healthcare provider. If you need care, use the provider portal you reach from a listing.
The site and its partners may use cookies or pixels to understand traffic, remember a session, or attribute a referral. You can block cookies in your browser. Some listing links may still function, but reporting on those clicks may be incomplete.
We use contact mail to answer editorial or legal questions about the website. We use traffic data to keep pages working and to understand which listings are opened. We do not sell medical records because we should not hold them.
Fonts, hosting, and advertising partners process data under their own policies when your browser requests their files or follows their links. Once you leave HealFixMed.com, the destination’s privacy notice applies.
For privacy questions in 2026, write to contact@healfixmed.com or use the Get in Touch page. Include enough detail to find your request. Do not attach health records to that message.
